You will need to provide a home address, phone number and the names of all the members of your party. You can use our booking form if you wish.

Reservations will be held for 6 days to allow payment to arrive.

Payment: Bookings can be reserved with a cheque for 30% of the total holiday price. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday start date. If booking less that 8 weeks before, full payment is required.

Cancellation: Please let us know if you need to cancel your booking. Any money paid can only be refunded if we re-book those dates.

The 'Small Print'

Deposits and balances are generally non refundable but if you need to cancel your holiday we will try to re-book the dates. If we do we will refund your money. I'm afraid we are going to make a £20 charge for this from now on; it happened last year and we spent a fair amount of time and effort finding someone else and dealing with the associated paperwork.

Insurance: The property is insured for all the usual risks but the company has advised me that, as with all holiday accommodation, your belongings are not covered on our insurance. Please make sure you have your own cover in place.
